Foreks - Trade Minister Ömer Bolat stated, "Recent positive developments in macroeconomic indicators continue to support the recovery in consumer confidence."

Bolat elaborated through X: "The consumer confidence index increased by 4.6% in March 2025 compared to the previous month, reaching 85.9, marking the highest level in the last 22 months. This figure represents the highest value since May 2023, which was 91.1. A closer look at the index reveals improvements in 14 out of 18 sub-indices on a monthly basis. Therefore, the positive outlook for the Turkish economy regarding production, investment, employment, and exports is ongoing, as reflected in the core indicators."
